We use Amazon APIs and proprietary matching technology to instantly update your product listings and re-upload until the corrections appear on the Amazon listing page. You will need to authorise Hacuna's access to the SP-API but do not need to provide user permissions or direct account access. Set-up takes less than 2 minutes!
To update your listings, simply download the listing template file, add your ASIN and SKU and complete the fields that you want updated. Then upload the template into Hacuna and select your account and marketplace to instantly update on Amazon.
Our basic listing template allows you to update your titles, bullet points, product description, backend search terms, price and quantity. If you'd like to update other information, then our advanced template contains 30+ of the most common fields. Something missing? Let us know and we'll add it into the template for you.
After the first upload, Hacuna will compare your upload file to the content that is currently ilve on Amazon and then re-upload four times over a 48 hour period to ensure all content is pushed through correctly. For any listings that aren't correctly reflected on the front-end, we will send an error report highlighting any unsuccessful content with next steps.
